Auction Overview
For the first time ever, the Oneida County Fair is introducing an official coozie—and with it, a one-of-a-kind sponsorship opportunity.
Through this auction, one winning bidder will receive exclusive placement of their logo or design on the backside of the official 2026 Oneida County Fair coozie. This is a single, exclusive placement.

Bidding Details

Minimum starting bid: $250

All bids are binding and final

The highest valid bid at the close of the auction will be declared the winner

In the event of a bidding dispute, the Oneida County Fair reserves the right to make the final determination
How to Participate
Participants must:

What the Winning Bidder Receives
Exclusive Sponsorship Placement

Sole placement on the backside of the official 2026 fair coozie

No other business or organization will share this placement
Product Distribution

Coozies will be sold at the beer garden during the fair: July 30 – August 2, 2026

Retail price: $3 per coozie
Sponsor Allocation

The winning bidder will receive 10 coozies for personal use

Additional promotional benefits will be included based on the final winning bid amount

Perks may include social media recognition, event exposure, and other visibility opportunities

Production & Quantity

The final bid amount will help determine the total number of coozies produced

Final production quantities will be determined by the Oneida County Fair based on budget, demand, and operational considerations
Design Requirements

The winning bidder must submit a print-ready logo or design by a deadline provided after the auction concludes

All designs are subject to review and approval by the Oneida County Fair

The Fair reserves the right to request modifications or reject designs that are deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with event standards
Payment Terms
