We are proud to offer FREE ADMISSION! It is completely FREE to enter our fairgrounds and enjoy the wide variety of entertainment! We offer metal bleacher seating for Big Top entertainment but you can also bring a lawn chair. Show up to the contest location before the event starts to sign up! IT'S FREE! NEW TO THE 2024 FAIR: Ollie's Stuffy Parade. Registration is Sunday 7/28/2024 at 11am and the parade begins at 12 (noon). Parking is free! The address to the parking lot for the trolley service is 1020 Kabel Ave, Rhinelander, WI 54501. ​ The trolley service will end near sundown and Bowen's Bus Service will continue transportation to Kabel Avenue Parking Lot through 11:15 pm (to Old Hospital Parking Site). ​ Handicap Parking is located on Oneida Ave, near the Main Entrance of the Fair. Signs will be posted.

Daily wristbands are valid for 1 time slot only! The daily time slot options are below: Thursday, July 25th: 6pm - 10pm Friday, July 26th: 12(NOON) - 4pm / 6pm - 10pm Saturday, July 27th: 12(NOON) - 4pm / 6pm - 10pm Sunday, July 28th: 12(NOON) - 4pm Mega wristbands are valid for unlimited rides for the ENTIRE fair weekend (Thursday, July 25th - Sunday, July 28th) Be advised: NO WEATHER REFUNDS, no exceptions.

Pre-sale for Wristbands will be available at Pioneer Park during the following times: Monday, July 22nd 4pm - 7pm Tuesday, July 23rd 4pm - 7pm Wednesday, July 24th 4pm - 7pm Wristbands and tickets will also be available to purchase at the Fair at the Carnival ticket booth.
