We are proud to offer FREE ADMISSION! It is completely FREE to enter our fairgrounds and enjoy the wide variety of entertainment! We offer metal bleacher seating for Big Top entertainment but you can also bring a lawn chair. Show up to the contest location before the event starts to sign up! IT'S FREE! NEW TO THE 2025 FAIR: POWERWHEELS DEMO DERBY & RC RACES. Registration is Thursday, 7/31/2025 at 4 pm and the events begin at 5 pm. Parking is free! The address to the parking lot for the trolley service is 1020 Kabel Ave, Rhinelander, WI 54501. ​ The trolley service will end near sundown and Bowen's Bus Service will continue transportation to Kabel Avenue Parking Lot through 11:15 pm (to Old Hospital Parking Site). ​ Handicap Parking is located on Oneida Ave, near the Main Entrance of the Fair. Signs will be posted.
