Please be aware that if a transaction is declined multiple times, Clover may temporarily block your card. Unfortunately, this is part of Clover's security process and is outside of our control.

** Wristbands expire automatically at the posted end time. Riders must be in possession of a valid wristband at the time they enter the ride. Wristbands that expire while waiting in line will not be honored.

DIGITAL TICKET INFORMATION

Here’s everything you need to know before you ride:

• All purchases are loaded onto a wristband with a unique QR code.

• Ride credits can be shared with family and friends.

• Unlimited Ride Wristbands are for ONE person only and cannot be shared. wristband must be worn.

• We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Tap to Pay, and more.

• A convenience fee applies to card transactions.

• Cash customers: Please use exact cash when possible. Any remaining balance can be loaded onto your wristband as ride credits. A kiosk attendant will be available to assist with change if needed.

• Ride credits are valued at $2 each. A one-time wristband activation fee applies to all new wristbands.

• Need more credits? Simply reload your existing wristband at a kiosk! Reloads do not require another activation fee.

• Check your balance anytime by scanning your wristband at any kiosk.

• If you have an advance wristband card, go to a person at a kiosk or guest services and redeem your wristband.

• If you have an advance wristband QR code from online, go to the on-site kiosk to redeem!
